Returns
For online purchases, you have 14 days to contact us to arrange a return once your item is recieved. We will provide you the details of the courier to arrange the return.
Items must be shipped within 14 days of contacting us and the return cost is covered by the customer. If the item is damaged when it is received by us a refund will not be issued. Otherwise a refund will be issued within 10 working days.
If the item is damaged or not as described when delivered to the customer, please contact us and we will arrange a refund and collection of the item.
